All the Glittering Things

  My husband and I placed our lock on here in 2012. I’ve just seen a photo of the bridge since emptied of all the locks. 

I see these locks as thousands of people whispering “I love you”. I love the way they are glittering in the sun.  

I understand the city’s reasoning for taking them down. I’m glad we were able to be a part of the movement though.  

I still have the key.
